1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ESG Readiness Assessment questionnaire provided jointly by SustainImpact ApS and Global Advisory Alliance Ltd. By accessing and using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Assessment Service
The ESG Readiness Assessment is a free online questionnaire designed to help organisations understand their current ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) maturity level. The service includes:
- A self-assessment questionnaire covering ESG topics
- Automatically generated maturity scores across six dimensions
- AI-generated recommended actions based on your responses
- Access to aggregated industry and country benchmarks when available
The survey will remain open until the end of March 2026, after which we will compile and publish final reports based on all collected responses.
3. Research Reports and Benchmarks
National ESG Maturity Reports
As part of our commitment to advancing ESG understanding across SMEs, we will publish country-specific research reports summarizing ESG maturity levels and trends.
📊 Country Report Criteria
A final country report will be published when a country reaches at least 300 participating companies that meet all of the following criteria:
- Between 50 and 250 employees
- Annual revenue between €5 million and €70 million (or DKK 37 million to 520 million for Danish companies)
These criteria ensure that reports represent comparable mid-sized enterprises across different markets.
Industry-Specific Benchmarks
When sufficient data is available, we will provide industry-specific benchmark data to help companies understand how their ESG maturity compares to peers in their sector.
🏭 Industry Benchmark Criteria
Industry benchmarks will be made available when at least 50 companies within a specific industry (meeting the size criteria above) have completed the assessment.
Industries with fewer than 50 participating companies will not have separate benchmarks to protect confidentiality and ensure statistical relevance.
Data Anonymization
All research reports and benchmarks will be based on aggregated, anonymized data. Individual company results will never be identifiable, and all data will be presented in a way that ensures participant confidentiality.
Access to Reports
Participants who complete the assessment will receive access to relevant country reports and industry benchmarks when they become available. We will notify participants via email when new reports are published.
4. Use of Artificial Intelligence Technology
AI System Used
We use Anthropic's Claude, an advanced artificial intelligence language model, to analyze your questionnaire responses and generate personalized ESG recommendations.
What Data is Processed by Claude AI
When generating recommendations, the following information from your assessment is sent to Anthropic's Claude:
- Your company's industry sector
- Company size (employee count and revenue range)
- Your ESG maturity scores across six dimensions
- Selected questionnaire responses relevant to generating recommendations
What Data is NOT Shared with Claude AI
To protect your privacy, the following information is never sent to Anthropic:
- Your company name
- Your email address
- Company registration number
- Any personally identifiable information
- Specific company details that could identify your organization
AI Training and Data Usage
According to Anthropic's Commercial Terms of Service, your assessment data processed by Claude is not used to train or improve Anthropic's AI models. Data is processed in real-time solely to generate your recommendations and is not retained by Anthropic.
AI Limitations and Accuracy
While Claude is a sophisticated AI system, it has important limitations:
- AI-generated recommendations may contain inaccuracies or errors
- Recommendations are generic guidance based on your responses, not tailored professional advice
- The AI may not be aware of the latest regulatory changes or industry-specific requirements
- Results should be validated by qualified ESG professionals before implementation
Human Oversight
SustainImpact ApS maintains responsibility for:
- The assessment methodology and question design
- The prompts and instructions provided to Claude AI
- Regular review of AI-generated content quality
- Ensuring recommendations align with established ESG frameworks

The results should be seen as light guidance based on the information you provide – an outside-in perspective. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
For professional ESG advice, strategy development, or regulatory compliance, please consult qualified professionals.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SustainImpact ApS and Global Advisory Alliance Ltd are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this assessment or reliance on its results.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.
- We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on the assessment results.
- The assessment is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
SustainImpact ApS is responsible for the prompting and configuration of the AI system, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
7. User Responsibilities
By using this service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in the questionnaire
- Be authorised to provide information on behalf of your organisation
- Use the service only for legitimate business purposes
- Not attempt to manipulate, hack, or misuse the service
- Not submit any malicious, offensive, or illegal content
8. Intellectual Property
Assessment Methodology
The ESG assessment framework, questions, and methodology are the intellectual property of SustainImpact ApS and Global Advisory Alliance Ltd.
AI-Generated Results
The maturity scores and recommended actions are generated using Anthropic's Claude artificial intelligence system. SustainImpact ApS is responsible for the prompting and configuration that generates these results.
Your Results
You are welcome to share, publish, or distribute any results you receive from the assessment. We encourage you to share your ESG journey with stakeholders, but please note that results should not be represented as professional advice or certification.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the service at any time
- Update these Terms of Service
- Change the assessment questions or methodology
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
